I cant get into myaccount

    I have been trying to log in to my WordPress account so I can update my website further but, I go to enter my email and password it says the password is incorrect, I go to change the password, enter the appropriate email and I get the message stated below.

    ERROR: The email could not be sent. Your site may not be correctly configured to send emails. Get support for resetting your password.

    I clicked the link and there is no where I can go to help me just reset my password and try again. How do I get to edit my website when I cant update my password?

    What is the URL of the site you are having problems with? from what you tell it looks your site is using the open source wordpress.org. their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
