  I changed the url for my wordpress site to another website. Now I can’t get on the backend of the wordpress site. What can I do?

  What is the URL of the site? There isn’t a site connected to the account you are contacting us from, so it is most likely that you are logged into the wrong WordPress.com account.

  There is no url. I put the url on another website that is not wordpress related.

  Well, this couldn’t have been a site that was hosted on WordPress.com because all sites hosted here have at least a WordPress.com URL. Is this a self-hosted WordPress.org site? If so, I would contact your host about this issue.
