I can't get started.

  I’ve spent hours trying to get started and am extremely frustrated. I’ve had to change my password twice; somehow ended up with 2 user names. I have spent over an hour trying to find my dashboard and found it by mistake. Now it says I’m not the administrator. I’ve set up my profile 3 times and it keeps asking for it again. I’ve chosen a template 4 times and it doesn’t load. This isn’t a user friendly site! I can’t move forward with it!
