I can't get the bandpage widget to work on my site.

The bandpage widget will not load to my site. When I am on the widgets page and I move the widget over everything looks fine. Then I push connect to bandpage and I wait and wait and nothing happens. I tried clearing my browser history and the cache with no luck. Any ideas?

It sounds like this might be a Javascript issue in your browser. When you click the “BandPage Connect” button, a window should pop up for you to log in to BandPage and approve the connection.
Can you check to make sure you have Javascript enabled in your browser? If you aren’t sure, you can check on this page: http://supportdetails.com/
You may also want to try in another browser to see if it works there. You can download the latest versions of popular browsers here: http://browsehappy.com/
If the window pops up but you still aren’t able to connect, please let me know what you see on the screen. It looks like there may be some issues with the BandPage connection from their end, so if that problem persists I can look into it further for you.

Hey There,
I tried opening up wordpress on another browser and had the same issue. So I went back to my usual browser (google chrome) to make sure that java was enabled and it was.
The problem is the window pops up and it looks like its loading, but it never does. It just kind of stays like that until I reset the page.Thanks for looking into this!

Hi Molly, thanks for letting me know. It looks like BandPage was having some connection issues yesterday, so the BandPage login window wasn’t loading. However, it should be working now. Can you give it another try and let me know if you continue to have trouble with it?
