I can’t get to my blog admin page

    When I log in to wordpress it lists my URL on one of the pages, but then it says I don’t have any wordpress sites. I started the blog back in 2014, and I last posted in 2017…but I still pay for akismet and I think some other stuff. Why is it not on my profile as my site?

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and is hosted by webhostinghub.

    I can see that you have an active Akismet subscription, but Akismet subscriptions are for self-hosted WordPress.org sites, not for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are different, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.

    You can reach out to your host for help with your site. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and could also be able to help you here.
