I can’t get to the back end of my website….

  Months ago, I created my website and then covid 19 hit, I haven’t touched it for months…. now I want to change some things and I can’t get to the back end! I thought I just had to add: /wp-admin…. it doesn’t work. I’m not very smart about this stuff…. I buried myself into a room for 2 days when I created this site figuring it out now I forget what I did exactly….
