I can't insert ad code to the head, don't know how

Hello, I’m new to wordpress and I bought a premium account. Later I have discovered that I can’t upload plugins. I am trying to connect my blog to Google Adsense and I have to insert a code to my head but I am unable to find where. The only thing I can change about my blog’s head is the image, I can’t touch code, it seems. And I can’t use any plugin. Is there any other way? I would be much greatful for a little help.

I want to add that I tried to connect to Adsense because I am configuring Analytics and I have zero insights as they say “Not sure whether your website is being found in Google Search? Link a Search Console account to your Analytics properties within account elbuenjardinero to understand your search traffic and make optimisations that help Google represent your site better”.

You can’t insert Google Adsense code in a wordpress.com website. Only the Business Plans allows this.
Wordpress.com has its own advertising program, http://wordads.co/
