I can’t like others posts

The login box pops up when I try to like another blogger’s post, and then a quick box pops up and disappears. This repeatedly happens, and I’m unable to like the post. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Can you please let me know the URL of the post you’re trying to like so I can have a closer look?
Also, try clearing your browser’s cache and re-connect to your WordPress.com account to see if the problem goes away.

Did you clear your cache as @fstat suggested? Also please clear your browser cookies, and make sure your browser allows third party cookies. Then log back in and check if it still happens.
What you’re describing happens if we’re unable to detect that you are logged in, and that could be caused by your browser blocking the cookie we use to detect that. That cookie can also be blocked by some browser add-ons, so if you have any ad blockers or anti-tracking browser add-ons, please try disabling those as well to see if it makes any difference.

It’s not the cache. It happens on my computer, phone, and work computer. How do I make sure the cookie is enabled as the problem occurs regardless of the device I’m using?

It’s unlikely that cookies would be disabled on all your devices, but you can follow these instructions to make sure they’re enabled on your browsers:
Are you using antivirus software on these devices? Antivirus software more and more have also started including anti-tracking features that run in your browser and that can block third party cookies, even if the browser itself allows it, so check for any browser add-ons, and temporarily disable the antivirus as well, just to test if that makes any difference.
