I can’t log in my account

I can’t not log into my admin page to make some adjustments to my website http://sapphiresoutoftherough.com/wp-admin is my admin site. I had to have my website uploaded again because my hosting had terminated it but restored and now I am not able to login my wordpress website. What do I need to do so my username and password will work. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
