I can’t log in to my other site

  Hi there,

  I have a website linked to http://www.helenbarklam.com. I thought I was logging into that site when I logged in here, but this is an old site. My email is not recognised on the system. I have spent hours building my site so far and it has just disappeared. When I go to http://www.helenbarklam.com it says that the website is not configured properly. Can you help me with logging into this site? I have been using the Blossom Themes for build it. Any help would be great. Thanks, Helen

  Hey there, can you contact your hosting provider first, as the message mentions? They should be able to see what’s wrong.

  Then, be sure to use http://www.helenbarklam.com/wp-admin to log in. That site is not hosted with us, so it has a separate login and won’t show up in our interface at WordPress.com unless you’ve configured it that way with Jetpack.

  Just noting we’ve found your other thread. It seems to be a duplicate of this one, so we’ve merged them together.

  You’ll want to work with your host to fix your copy of WordPress:
  https://wordpress.com/support/help-support-options/#word-press-org-support

  Then, be sure you’re using the correct login. Your copy of WordPress is not the same thing as our managed hosting services. We have more details here:
