I can’t log in to my wordpress admin site to manage the website. Please help

  I can log in to WordPress, but the website I need to update is not there. The domain mapping is, but I can’t access the /wp-admin to make updates.

  Please help.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I get the message “Error: There is no account with that username or email address.” even though I’m using the correct username. Can someone from WordPress please help me reset the account/password?
