I can’t log in to my WordPress to edit my website

  Hi it happened ones again.
  two days ago I tried to log in and i had to wait 19h. I logged in yesterday and today I can’t get in once again. Just appears this information

  ERROR: Too many failed login attempts. Please try again in 21 hours.

  I haven’t try to log in for all this time and no one had an access to my computer
  please help me because I have to work.
