I can’t log in to the site, and security settings don’t allow access to the site.

I’m trying to manage my wife’s annemariehall.com site, but can’t even reset her password. None of our email addresses seem to be linked to her account. Can you help? I haven’t dealt with her site in a long time, but she gets emails to her (email visible only to moderators and staff) address.
