I can´t log into my btinternet.com account

I can only log into this account, but not into my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account for WordPress.com. It asks me for a username when I try to do that but when I put in something it diverts me to this account. You can see from the payments that this is paid from my same account… in fact I was not aware that I was paying for (email visible only to moderators and staff) as it says I have not sites on that account, so not sure why it is there apart from I use that email address now more, but the sites are old and I used the btinternet.com account at that time. So can you please let me know how I log in without having to use an account name that when I put peterjfirth in as I think that would be the account name then it directs me to the gmail.com account which I do not want. Hope that helps explain my problem.
In addition I am staying in Costa Rica and have some issues when trying to log in as it comes up in Spanish. I had to get a new computer because I lost my old one, so maybe that is a part of the problem with this log in?

I keep trying to get to WordPress but it keeps diverting me to forums.
Can anyone let me know how to contact them as they will need my account payment details to help me I think. -

There are paid subscriptions under the account you mentioned so, if you do not remember your credentials, you should be able to recover access as explained here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
Look for the transaction ID for that recent charge: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id and use it on the recovery form.
