I cant log into my wordpress website www.blastabout.com.au

    The email address linked to the website (email visible only to moderators and staff) logs me into a different account that says I have no active websites? My username is Shane but it keeps sending me log in details for an account that doesn’t have access to my website?

    Hi there,

    blastabout.com.au is not a WordPress.com site and has no connection to any account on WordPress.com. The account you’re using to post here is one you created in December last year, but it owns no sites and it doesn’t look like you’ve even logged into it since creating it.

    The WordPress.com account with the username shane is not yours, and has no connection to your site. The ‘shane’ user account for your site is unique and specific to your site only, and the login details for that account is stored in the site’s database on your hosting provider’s servers.

    To log into that site, go to http://blastabout.com.au/wp-login.php or http://blastabout.com.au/wp-admin.
