I cant log on to my website

I keep getting this error message when i want to log into my website.
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I don’t think that site is using our managed hosting from WordPress.com. Could you please share the site URL so we can take a closer look and then get you pointed in the right direction for help.

Thanks @bglarchibong, I can’t access that at all. It’s not hosted here.
It’s using a free copy of WordPress, which is different from our managed hosting service.

– Check to see if you have an admin email with clues– Ask your host to check error logs
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove that:
