I can’t login.

I am having trouble logging in to my admin. When I select forgot password & enter my email, it says now account exist. I have emails from WordPress from when I created so I know it’s hosted on WordPress.
The site I need help with is http://www.itismonumental.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:

I actually figured out that it’s hosted elsewhere, but WordPress is used to build & edit. I have been able to login via WordPress before, but I’m guessing that has changed. Thank you for your help.
