  I want to get into my wp-config.php file to edit the site address

  The account you are logging into should allow you access to ggallenhuang.wordpress.com. There is no wp-config file to modify with WordPress.com sites.

  Yah.
  The problem has been fixed. Log into the host database to modify the site address directly.
