I can’t login to add a new blog post

I tried to login using my website, repurposeanddesign.com/wp-login and it doesn’t recognize my email (email visible only to moderators and staff) as being a user. I’m unable to add a new blog post.

The site

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and iPage also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here. You can ask iPage support for direct assistance in completing the steps in that article; they would be in the best position to help.
