  Hi @brettart777, first make sure you can log in here:
  trinitymount.info/wp-admin

  That WordPress installation is separate from our service, so you will likely have another username and/or password there.

  Once you’re logged in, try logging in with the same credentials through the app. Or, if you’d like to use Jetpack to log in, make sure Jetpack is installed, active, and connected to this account.
