  Please, I can’t login to kaylasfashion.com on my laptop only on phone. Please can you help fix this? Thanks.

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is your site in anyway connected to your wordpress.com account. The only way to log in to your site is at https://kaylasfashion.com/wp-admin/ using the crdentials you choose when you set up the site.
  As your site is using the open source wordpress.org, you can get further support at https://wordpress.org/support/
