I can’t login to my acount

I registered with Hostgator and they gave me a URL to login with and then when I was in wordpress, I changed that URL (it was this URL: http://gator3092.temp.domains/~nfltoens/wp-admin) to my own page URL (http://nfl-tokens.com) and then I tried to login with my email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and it didn’t work. I can’t login anymore at all. If you could please help me, that would be appreciated!
