I cant login to my site admin page

  Hello. I am logging in to my account and it says ‘An error was encountered while trying to authenticate. Please try again.’. I haven’t changed the password though. When I am clicking on the lost password link the email with instructions is not coming. Please help me to somehow get to my site back again, I have no idea what happened to it.
