i can’t login to woo-commerce with my wordpress login

  Hi, I have purchased a WordPress/woo-commerce site in November 2020 and today I wanted to login to my woo-commerce account but the WordPress login was not accepted – it said my username was not recognised. I have created this account by mistake but need help to get the login working on my primary account.
