I can’t login to wp-admin

  I own the site mercurialmaiden.com and use wordpress as my CMS. Therefore I have a dedicatedwp-admin backend with a username and password that I am sure of. However when I try to login or even say ‘forgot password’, it tells me I’m not registered.I can’t access anything. If I try to access ‘my site’ from wordpress it also throws an error about Jetpack and to check wp-admin. so a bit of a vicious cycle and I don’t know what to do!

  That site is set up with the open source WordPress.org software – it’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. These are 2 different things. You’ll want to visit the community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ to get assistance.
