  I can’t make my payment they telling me to use another card but my card is updated

  Hi sanchiisunshine,

  Your account shows the payments were blocked by your bank or provider. I recommend contacting them for more information and to check whether your card supports international payments — some banks don’t enable this feature unless you request it.
