I can't map my existing address to WordPress?

  Hi,

  I have an existing web address that I got through GoDaddy, http://www.katherinefranks.com.

  When go to map it on the Domains page, I get a message saying that it isn’t a valid domain name. It is, I’ve checked quite a number of times.

  Can you please help with this and/or let me know if there is anything I need to do on the GoDaddy end to get it recognised.

  Can you make sure you’re only pasting the domain in the box like this:

  katherinefranks.com

  We don’t need the http://www part. Let me know if you still have trouble with that!
