I can’t open my word press site

    I need help guys. I just got some messages from a few planners saying that my WordPress site isn’t working. So I’ve tried to log in and its telling me I don’t have site. I do. I had a designer create a template a while back but through WordPress. Is there anyway you can help me?

    I do not see any sites under your @stephaniesmith2 WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
