I can’t post my latest entry, save it as a draft manually, or schedule it. I need this fixed RIGHT NOW!!!

Check your dashboard. Is there a message that asks you to contact staff as soon as possible? If that’s the case, obviously, click on the “contact us” link that shows up there.
If there is no message on your dashboard, try one of the tips here:

There is no such message. Everything works fine until I try to publish or schedule. I have contacted staff, but I’m in a real pinch and I need this resolved fast.

Cleared the cookies. Tried two browsers. Tested other websites. It’s not an Internet problem on my end, I know that now.

Also tried putting all the content in a new post. That didn’t work, either. And I used another site with WP functionality earlier and it worked fine.

Just so you know, this is a peer-to-peer Support forum, so we can only suggest possible solutions. If it is a real problem with the back end of your blog, then you’ll need to contact Support directly to fix it.
You mention everything is fine until you try to publish or schedule. What exactly happens when you hit the publish button or try to schedule? Do you get an error message? Does the screen go blank?
You mention you’ve tried different browsers. Which browsers? Did you clear the cache and cookies in each of them as the Support doc airodyssey pointed to suggests?
What is the URL of the other site with WP functionality that you tried and successfully published?
