  Hi,
  I can’t post anything, it’s not working. How’s that? Is there a fee to pay now? I thought I had it for free…

  Can you be a bit more specific? What happens when you try to make a new blog post? Are you getting an error message of any sort? What is the URL of the site you are trying to access? We’ll be happy to take a look and see if we can help.

  I can’t post or edit anything either. I have a main site and 4 others that are all connected and when I click “my sites” they’re not loading. When click on “write new post” nothing happens. I can’t seem to get in touch with a real person either!

  A question for both of you:

  What browser are you using? Does it happen if you try a different browser? Are you using any browser extensions? Can you try disabling them and seeing if that changes things?

  Can you try clearing the WordPress.com cookies in Chrome? That often takes care of issues like this.

  You could also try testing another browser and seeing if the issue happens there as well. If it does not, that would point to a browser issue with Chrome itself. And as I mention, those are most commonly helped by clearing cookies and/or cache.

  I cleared the cookies in Chrome but it still doesn’t work.

  It does work in other browsers but the annoying part is that I can’t copy and paste text from a word doc. to the page. But I can copy and paste text from an existing webpage to another I am creating. It’s odd.

  Ok, first please make sure that Chrome is up to date: https://www.google.com/chrome/update/

  If it is not, please try updating Chrome.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing both Chrome’s cache and cookies: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050

  2. Try with all Chrome extensions temporarily disabled: https://support.google.com/chrome_webstore/answer/2664769

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which version of Chrome you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
