Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.

I see. Hmmm… so is that the reason why I don’t receive notification emails for comments on my blog? because I’m using WordPress.org?
Or is that the reason why you have no idea how to help me coz you can’t access my files. Just want to know what to do next.

No, you using the open source WordPress.org software is just the reason we can’t help you.
Comment notifications emails for your site is sent from your hosting provider’s servers, not ours, and you’re using the built-in commenting system for that software, not the comments system we use on WordPress.com.
So we have no control over the server sending the emails, nor do comments on your site work the same as they do on WordPress.com.
Please ask for advice in the forums for the version of WordPress you’re using, or contact your hosting provider to make sure the email server for your site is correctly set up.
