The verification email is sent to the address you added to your domain settings. If you need to update it, please follow the steps from here:

ok I got it I have mpre problem I clicked on renew once but the payment got me 3 times is it a mistake or anything?

You have renewed the domain for two more years. Was this your idea? It seemed like you were interested in transferring the domain away from WordPress.com.

Okay, what is then your plan for this domain? To be able to refund the domain renewals, we’d actually need to cancel the domain.
After the cancelation, you’d need to wait for around 5 days to then be able to register it again.
