I cant recover my account

  I cant get into my account. When I ask for a password reset email it says it cant because Chrome has cookies blocked but I havent blocked cookies.
  Also I have no proof or ownership so I cant even go through the Recovery Form and I Didnt have a two factor authentication as its an old account
