I can’t renew subscription

  I’ve received a notification, as every year, that I have to renew my domain subscription.

  I went to the site and tried to connect, but I was unknown (my login: (email visible only to moderators and staff))…
  When I tried to get back my account, I was finaly recognised (with my profile picture as it was before), but none of my two sites were available!

  I can’t get to connect to my sites, neither to subscribe for them!

  Can you help me?

  Hi there,

  That site is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in to. To be able to manage that site you need to log in to that other account of yours.
