I can't see an option on the My Upgrades site to ask for a refund.

I wanted to register the cecreations.me domain while also making use of the premium trial and decide wether it is what I need.
I tried to make it happen 2 times and wordpress jsut created a site called cecreationsdotme.wordpress.com and then a cecreationsdotme1.wordpress.com.
I clearly don’t need these domains and didn’t want to upgrade then to Premium. I cancelled the renewing process this morning but it still deducted 99$ from my bank account two times!
I’d like to apply for the refund of 198$. On the My Upgrades page no such function is available.

Hi there,
The renewal process for those two Premium trials started, but the transactions haven’t gone through. I just voided those transactions from our end. That cancels the transactions, and your bank should release the funds back into your bank account soon. (If you have any concerns about that, your bank can give you more information about when you’ll get the funds back in your account.)
