I can’t see my new subscribers

Dear friends,
I know people subscribed for my newsletter, but I can’t see their email in my stats (I use Jetpack plugin). Could you, please, give me a clue what the problem could be? Why I can’t see new subscribers? Maybe I am just checking it out in the wrong place…

What newsletter are you referring to? If you used a third-party service like Mailchimp, you would not see emails of your subscribers on your WordPress.com dashboard.

You’re right!
I got it!The reason I haven’t seen new subscribers in Mailchimp is because the required audience fields on my website (for example, “Name” and “Your Email”) were not the same as those fields in Mailchimp (‘Last Name’ I marked as required here, it was a mistake).
Now that all the fields are aligned, I can see the new subscribers in Mailchimp.
