I can't see purchases on our account

    Hi there,

    We have an account which I am using that was under a employee who is no longer with us. There has been some recent charges on this account and I want to make sure I can cancel these payments going forward but unable to see where I can see whether they will be deducted again or not? I can see that there is no payment method setup.

    I see that your site is hosted by Hostopia, so you need to reach out to them regarding those charges.

    The forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform, which is different than the WordPress software that your site is using. You can learn more about these differences here:
