I can't see the Blog I already post.

Hello WordPress Staff.
I made a Blog, and I think it is already published.
But if I logout and try to search for it, i can’t find it.
Even more, as fast as I create it, I try to see it in the WordPress home page but it does not shows there.
I really don’t know I have to do, maybe I didn’t do something else or maybe some setup I need to make.
Please help me.The blog calls: Xpress Yourself and is in spanish.

How long it takes to be revised the blog by the staff?
