I can't see the comments people post

  I am new to blogging and to this blogging website. I got the e-mail where someone commented on what I posted on the blog but When I went in to view the comment it says comments are closed. I was just wondering if you could check that out for me. I would very much appreciate it.

  And what is the URL of the post where the comment was made? If you’ve disabled comments on the post, no comments will show.

  What exactly did the email say? Was it a pingback instead of a comment?

  People can at least ask me questions on my blog right? I don’t mean like with the comments option I mean ask my questions and stuff. I am guessing I would basically get that through an e-mail but would I be able to see it and reply to it? that is all I am really concerned about.
