  I can’t do a password reset on my account. I never get the email.

  Hi there, if you are using gmail for your account, please also check your Spam folder and social inboxes for the password reset email. Let us know how that goes.

  If you don’t find it, please return to this forum thread and let us know which account/username/email is involved. Write the email address normally and it will be redacted from public view, but Staff will still be able to see it.
