I can’t setup an email. Example: ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’
-
I have viewed this article: https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/
It tells me in order to setup a custom email I need to access ‘My Site’. I cannot find these anywhere on my WordPress whatsoever. This is very frustrating.
Can you please tell me how to setup custom emails for me and my team. We need five emails.
Thanks,
Will

What us the URL of your site as it seems you don’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform.

Hey!
I can’t really give away the URL as it’s got confidential information on (Company website), but it does exist.
Sorry bro, maybe I could make the pages private and show you?
-
I hope you do know when you put confidential information on a website, almost everyone can see that information?
You must contact your hosting about the email addresses. -
What is ‘my hosting’? Also I have set the pages to private so it shouldn’t be public should it? Thanks for the help so far btw.

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted here on WordPress.com, so the instructions that you mentioned don’t apply.
Your site appears to be hosted by either https://www.names.co.uk/ or https://www.lcn.com/ So they are the ones that can help you configure your email.
