I can’t start my blog

    When I get to the page that gives me four choices, ‘Blog’, ‘Business’, ‘Professional’ and ‘On-line Store’, I click on ‘Blog’ in step 1 of 6. After I click on it, all I get is a featureless blue screen. I can’t seem to start my blog. Will someone please help me?
