I cant tell why I was charged USD 204

    I was trying to install jetpack and it promted me to upgrade my plan to business and i went ahead and approved a paypal payment of USD 204 which went through my back account and got a confirmation on email transaction number [redacted]
    Up on top here it says my site is topmindguru.com I dont understand what the relationship between this site and my other domain
    However it still appears that my plan hasnt been upgraded and the purchase is not listed on the history of purchases I would like to cancel this payment if it did not go towards upgrading my plan to business plan please
