I can’t update my user settings

    I need to update my users on WP, but every time I click save, they revert back. I’ve had a couple of emails from WP, asking me if it was me who made the changes. I’ve selected the link to say yes, logged back in and made the changes again, but the same thing is happening. This is deeply frustrating as I’m trying to grant access to a new SEO developer. Can anyone help me?

    Are you talking about deardory.co.uk? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
