I can't upload blog posts – they upload blank and lose all my work!

  I’m typing my post in the edit text box, but whenever I click publish or update, there’s a long delay and then the post disappears, and is updated or published as blank. It’s incredibly frustrating but I can’t see what I’m doing wrong! Please help!
