i can’t upload images of high size

Hello Support Team! I created a free WordPress site https://networthupdates.org/
and i need to upload 5 images of high size and media dashboard is saying you need to increase size uploading limit on .ini file. i am not a developer
how to do this please guide me step by step. -

To get help with that file size issue you need to contact https://contabo.com/ which is your site’s hosting provider.
