i can’t upload images of high size

  Hello Support Team! I created a free WordPress site https://apptros.com/
  and i need to upload 5 images of high size and media dashboard is saying you need to increase size uplaoding limit on .ini file. i am not a developer
  how to do this please guide me step by step.
