  Here at WordPress.com you can activate any of the 300+ free and premium themes designed for this platform here: https://wordpress.com/themes
  Any other WordPress themes you see and download or purchase elsewhere on the Interweb are designed for use on sites using theWordPress.org software. They can be used here however by upgrading to the Business plan. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  i can’t uploead theme

  schomy.wordpress.com is currently using the Free plan, so you would need to upgrade to the Business plan in order to upload a third party theme. However, the information @themagicrobot gave you will help you find a different theme on your current plan :)
