I change the name of the blog

  I recently created an account on wordpress.com and I have doubts.
  This is the address of my blog “http://rebustamante.wordpress.com” I would like to change what is written to this home page, I would like to name my blog, but my name is what is written there.
  Can I change this, how?

  You can change your blog’s title at Settings -> General in your dashboard.
