I changed blog from private to public, but it's still locked

  In the Reading settings, I changed a new blog from private to Allow Search Engines, but the blog (peabeesbrightart.wordpress.com) is still locked: https://.
  Do I need to do something else to make it public?

  Your site, notesalongthepath.com, is public. HTTPS is not an indicator that your site is private.
